<p>Reflü ameliyatları günümüzde laparoskopik olarak yapılmakta.Tecrübeli cerrahlar tarafından ki her yıl elli tane en az yapmış olmak ve sürekli mide cerrahisiyle ilgileniyor olmak şartıyla bu konuyu anatomiyi, mimarisini ve en önemlisi laparoskopik tecrübesini en üst düzeye çıkarmış olması gerekli. Bu tür cerrahlarda bu başarı oranı yüzde doksanın üzerindedir. Hastanın seçimi en önemli kriterdir. Yanlış hasta seçilmemişse reflü cerrahisi gerekli olan bir hastaya yapılmışsa başarı yine artacaktır. Reflü cerrahi sonra nüks tekrar genellikle ağır sporlar, özellikle halter, derine dalma, örme, parmak atıp övülme alışkanlığının oluşması gibi durumlar da olabilmektedir.
