Mide Küçültme Ameliyatı Olan Anne ve Kızı

<p>Reflü ameliyatı mekanik, yani mide fıtığı, mide kapakçığının açılması gibi anatomik ııı bozukluklar içeren hastalarda şiddetli seyreder. Bu hastalar her gün ilaç almak zorundadır. Ilaca kestiklerinde şikayetleri devam eder. Biz bu grup hastalara laparoskopik reflü cerrahisini alternatif olarak sunmaktayız. Ayrıca genç hastalar yemek borusunda yara olan ilaca rağmen yarası düzelmeyenler ya da baret dediğimiz hücresel değişiklikler gelişen ve ilaç tedavisiyle de bunların kontrol altına alınamadığı durumlarda da yine reflü cerrahisi gerekir.
