<p>Boğaz reflüsü tıbbi adı Laringa farınger reflü. Özellikle boğaz ağrısıyla kulak burun boğaz doktoruna giden birçok hasta sende reflü var. Yani midenindekiler yukarı geliyor. O yüzden boğazın ağrıyor. Gibi bir teşhisi çokça almaya başladılar. Reflü cerrahisiyle doksanlı yıllardan beri uğraşıyorum. Açıkçası doksanlı yıllarda biz bu cerrahiye başladığımızda bu boğaz reflüsü çok bize müracaat etmezdi. Ama son yıllarda bana gelen reflü hastalarının önemli bir kısmı boğaz şikay etleriyle geliyor. Ve daha çok kulak burun boğaz doktorlarından geliyor. Peki boğaz reflüsü apayrı bir hastalık mı?
